  • Advised on 35 transactions with a value totalling in excess of $3.1 billion
  • Advised Savannah Petroleum the largest oil & gas AIM IPO fundraise of the year
  • PO’s and Institutional Equity Placing’s combined raised in excess of £300 million
  • Increasing number of main market transactions, including the $653 million refinancing of Ruspetro
  • Appointed as NOMAD to a total of 33 companies
  • Investment in expanding technology team
  • Emerging market based companies continue to be the largest part of the Company’s client base
  • Appointment of Lord Anthony St John as Company Chairman
