Strand Hanson, the independent, advisory-led modern merchant bank, is pleased to present transaction highlights from 2014:
- Advised on 35 transactions with a value totalling in excess of $3.1 billion
- Advised Savannah Petroleum the largest oil & gas AIM IPO fundraise of the year
- PO’s and Institutional Equity Placing’s combined raised in excess of £300 million
- Increasing number of main market transactions, including the $653 million refinancing of Ruspetro
- Appointed as NOMAD to a total of 33 companies
- Investment in expanding technology team
- Emerging market based companies continue to be the largest part of the Company’s client base
- Appointment of Lord Anthony St John as Company Chairman
